The Freeride E-XC is the closest thing here to a conventional enduro bike that happens to be electric. You get a WP-suspended KTM chassis, Brembo brakes and a real dealer network — at the cost of weight and ride time compared with lighter e-motos.

How fast is it, really?
Power delivery is deliberately smooth — the Freeride is easier to ride slowly through technical terrain than any of the light Chinese-built e-motos.
Top speed is limited around 50 mph, so it is a trail and enduro bike rather than a fire-road blaster.
Real-world range
KTM quotes about 1.5 hours of riding, and owners report 45–60 minutes at real enduro pace.
Swappable packs and a fast charger are the standard way owners run full ride days.

Great bike, short rides
About 90 minutes of woods riding per pack. I carry a spare and charge at the truck between loops.

Verdict
Buy the Freeride E-XC if chassis quality and dealer support matter more than range or price. Riders chasing power per dollar will be happier on a Storm Bee or Talaria XXX.
Is it street legal?
Sold in North America for closed-course and off-road use. Homologated street versions exist in parts of Europe.
