1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using E BUDDY, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (16 in the EEA/UK). If you use E BUDDY on behalf of a minor, you agree to supervise their use and be responsible for their compliance.
3. Ride safety & legal compliance
E BUDDY is a tracking and community tool. You are solely responsible for riding lawfully, wearing appropriate safety gear, and complying with all local regulations for e-bikes and e-motorcycles. The guides on this site are informational and are not legal advice.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload another person's GPS data as your own.
- Do not harass other riders in chat, comments, or live broadcasts.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape data at scale, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Do not use the service for any illegal activity.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the ride data and content you upload. You grant E BUDDY a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to run the service (including public display on the leaderboard and your profile if you opt in).
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
E BUDDY is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of GPS data, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E BUDDY and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including riding incidents.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, when appropriate, announced in the app.
