Leaderboard FAQ
What does the unlock date mean on the leaderboard?
The unlock date is the moment a rider completed the challenge goal and the reward was permanently recorded. It is shown on challenge reward pages so you can see who reached the milestone first.
How do leaderboard ranks change?
Ranks update automatically as riders log new rides. Distance, ride count and speed rankings are recalculated from completed sessions, and the live roster refreshes every 15 seconds so recently active riders appear with a 'Live' badge.
Why is the leaderboard empty?
The leaderboard only shows riders who have opted in to public sharing in their privacy settings and have logged at least one completed ride. If no one has opted in yet, the table stays empty until the first rider finishes a session and enables public sharing.
Do I need an account to appear on the leaderboard?
Yes. Only signed-in riders who complete a tracked ride and opt in to public sharing can appear. Anonymous or private rides are never shown.
Can I hide my name after I have already appeared?
Yes. Turn off 'Show on public leaderboard' in your privacy settings. Your row will be removed from public leaderboards and challenge reward pages on the next refresh.
